Expenditure related to the following subjects shall be chargeable on the Federal Provident Fund and the approval of the Federal Parliament shall not be required for such expenditure:-
(a) Amount of emoluments and allowances of the President and the Vice-President,
(b) Amount of remuneration and benefits to be given to the Chief Justice of Nepal, Supreme Court Judges and members of the Judicial Council,
(c) the amount of remuneration and allowances given to the Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly,
(d) The amount of remuneration and benefits to be given to the head and officers of the constitutional body,
(e) The amount of remuneration and benefits of the provincial head,
(f) Administrative expenses of the Office of the President or Vice President, the Supreme Court, the Judicial Council, constitutional bodies and the office of the Chief Minister,
(g) Debt-related expenses of the Government of Nepal,
(h) Amounts payable in accordance with a judgment or order passed by a court against the Government of Nepal, and
(i) The amount to be charged on the federal reserve fund in accordance with the federal law.
